A very thorough ICRP document for radiaiton protection of interventional procedures. With the increased multi-modality interventions there is more diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine  patient interation with other hospital staff. Although adressed thoroughly for 90Y-microspheres, the radiation exposure to other hospital staff should be continued to be assessed for PET interventional procedures. I agree, time and distance are the main radiation safety priniciples to consider when there is exposure to nuclear medicine radioisotopes/treatments when injected in patients.
